Germany: 3-5 business days

European Union: 3-6 business days

United Kingdom, Switzerland: 3-6 business days

International shipping outside the EU, except United Kingdom and Switzerland

We do not offer shipping outside the EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the associated countries within the borders of the EU on a regular basis. This also applies to overseas countries and territories of the EU (eg.: French Guiana).

Shipping policy

Shipping times should be used as a guide. They are based on time from dispatch and within the business days of both country of origin and destination. They do not include weekends and holidays. We cannot take responsibility for customs delays. Leonie Mergen GmbH does not cover import taxes and duties. Please note that pre-order items have longer processing and shipping times. In case of pre-order you will receive a personalised estimate of the arrival time of your selected items. Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay the delivery of items, we will either replace the content or refund of the price paid, as determined by us solely. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and the carrier sends it back to us, we will refund the amount of your order.
